I like to ride my bicycle… are you an e-biker or a traditional pedal-assist rider?
I actually don't ride an e-bike yet, and I still enjoy the ride at a slower pace. Although I'm only a fair-weather rider, and rain or wind make me ditch the bike.
Especially in the summer, a trip into the unknown is simply fun. Enjoying nature, bringing a little picnic, stopping somewhere and just relaxing. Wonderful. You also immediately realize how durable your jeans are. As a frequent cyclist, jeans will naturally no longer withstand the wear and tear at some point - completely normal for the natural material cotton. But for occasional cyclists like me, jeans are a perfect companion on the bike. Skinny jeans in particular fit tightly on the leg and don't snag on the pedals or the bike chain. If skinny jeans are too tight for you when cycling, straight leg jeans are a good option. A little more airy on the leg, but still not a chain catcher.
Once around the lake
There are beautiful bike tours you can take through Germany, both by e-bike and regular bike. Have you ever done a bike tour around Lake Constance? It's a truly special highlight. Of course, it can't be done in one day, but traveling from hotel to hotel by bike is a special highlight. There are great companies that will carry your luggage ahead while you cycle behind. I highly recommend a tour like this.
An evening in jeans
Stopping at a café or restaurant is also a small reward for me on a bike ride. Honestly, I was always happy when I got off the bike in my jeans. That way, I could sit outside longer in the evening without freezing or being bitten by annoying mosquitoes. Banal, right?
I always feel well-dressed when I'm out and about in jeans, no matter what the leisure activity. Do you feel the same?
For me, every leisure activity also means quality of life. Doing something enjoyable means experiencing leisure time and living in freedom. I hope you have an endless number of enjoyable activities that you use to be happy. Carpe Diem - Seize the day.
Kind regards
Pam
