Shipping costs for orders up to €98.99 within Germany are €2.90. Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €99. Shipping costs for other EU member states can be found in the shipping terms and conditions.

We ship our packages via DHL

We generally try to process your order as quickly as possible, so it reaches you within 2 to 5 business days. However, due to the current situation, this is not always possible.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return/exchange individual items or the entire order within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, the condition is that the items are in the same condition in which they were received. This means you may not damage, soil, wash, alter, or wear the items (except for trying them on!). Furthermore, all labels and tags must remain attached. IMPORTANT: The item must arrive with us by the 30th day. Otherwise, your items cannot be exchanged or returned. Simply fill out the return form enclosed with your order. Then place the items in question in their original packaging and place them in a shipping carton along with the return form. Then seal the package to ensure the contents are secure, affix the enclosed return label, and send it to us via DHL. If you no longer have this label, you can contact retour@langehosen.de, stating your name and order number. We'll then send you a new one via email. Once we receive the package and have inspected it, we'll refund the purchase price to the account specified in your order.

You can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To do so, please fill out the cancellation form, which you can find on our website or in the order confirmation sent to you. Now all you have to do is pack and send the entire order as described in "The item doesn't fit/I don't like it. How can I return it?"

Effective immediately, returns are no longer free of charge; within Germany, we charge a return shipping fee of €2.90. Different rules apply for shipments outside Germany: We cover the return shipping costs up to a maximum of €5.90.

The return shipping fee applies to orders from Germany starting November 1, 2023, if you return all or part of your order to us. For orders from other countries, returns are at your own expense. We will reimburse you with a €5.90 refund for your return shipping costs.
