Berlin! Berlin... is always worth a visit. You have to visit this huge metropolis of millions at least once. I've been there several times, and with each visit, the face of the city has changed. Fascinating.
In addition to the magnificent buildings, history, and culture of this city, it's also the people who are simply multicultural. From classy to sporty, from casual or even sloppy, to rock and roll or super cool. You'll encounter a wide variety of styles and people while walking along Kurfürstendamm. Everything is somehow normal, nothing abnormal. Everyone can be who they want, walk the way they want – simply great. One thing you almost always see: jeans. Whether as trousers, a skirt, a jacket, a suit, or even a bag. An all-rounder, in a nutshell.
I also love wearing jeans; they're super comfortable and can be styled in so many different ways. I especially love city trips in jeans. I've recently fallen in love with the bootcut model from Mavi Maria Chino https://www.langehosen.de/collections/bootcut/products/kopie-von-mavi-samara-flared-fit-lt-blue-denim-1. My favorite white jeans, perfect for sunny days, casual with flip flops and an oversized shirt or even a top. They're also super cute with sneakers and a knotted blouse.
Off to the Spree
Long trousers for tall women like me aren't easy to find. But I'm super happy with this model. They also make a Spree cruise in Berlin simply enjoyable. I can recommend the grand Spree cruise, which takes you past the government districts, the port of Berlin (which I hadn't really noticed until now), the city's industrial areas, and various new housing projects with fascinating architecture.
The bootcut model allows for legroom, which is very pleasant in summer temperatures. If white is too white for you, the blue Bootcut Valerie from LTB is a good alternative: https://www.langehosen.de/collections/bootcut/products/ltb-valerie-bootcut-winona-wash
With a white ribbed shirt or tank top it's definitely a casual outfit.
If you're planning to visit the Bundestag in Berlin, you could look great in the Nora trousers by Mac: https://www.langehosen.de/collections/stoffhosen-damen/products/mac-nora-straight-fit-white
Combined with a blouse, it's a good choice for a visit to the decision-making bodies.
Dancing Queen
After a strenuous day of sightseeing, Berlin's nightlife is the place to be. Numerous fantastic restaurants will delight your palate with delicious dishes. The oriental restaurant "Marooush" not only offers particularly delicious food, but belly dancing enthusiasts will also be treated to a feast for the eyes.
After dinner, a visit to the Pearl can provide the necessary exercise to burn off calories through dancing. Wearing white jeans will stand out especially well in the sometimes bright blue lights.
Here I tend to prefer the tighter fits: https://www.langehosen.de/collections/weisse-hosen/products/whitefive-the-unbluejeans-alabaster-slim-fit-white
The whitefive fits well and looks great. It's just the thing for a summer night out, when you feel most comfortable in jeans.
Berlin is—as I said—always worth a visit. There's so much to experience and discover. Boredom simply doesn't exist. If you've never been to Berlin: "Now, let's get to the meatballs..."
"I've been there several times. It's not a big deal."
Best regards,
Your Pam
