Delicious mulled wine scent and other delicacies
Just think of the Christmas market: the delicious smell of mulled wine, Feuerzangenbowle and other annual delicacies often seem almost unattainable because there are long queues lining the way in front of us and we can only safely grab half a mug of mulled wine with a lot of “swizzle and slosh”. As tall women, we can simply pass the mugs to our friends with a gallant smile.
Overview of all purchases
Or let's think about buying Christmas presents. The most sought-after gifts are usually within sight, which for us tall women means more at stomach height, but our advantageous height gives us a much better overview of what else is on the shelves. You can sometimes get hold of one or two items that others can't see from below.
Once we have all the presents together, we also need to do the shopping for the holiday feast. The supermarket at Christmas - it's anything but "great" in the "market" at Christmas. We are usually greeted by miserably long lines, full tills, half-empty refrigerator shelves... Especially during the holidays, we shop as if there would be nothing left to eat for the next few weeks. Here, too, we gallantly keep an eye on the food still available on the top shelves, how long the queue at the till actually is and whether it's really worth queuing at the fresh food counter or whether the product we want is already sold out. We simply ignore it and decide spontaneously.
Decoration on all levels
Once we have done all the shopping and put it away in our cozy home, it's time to decorate. It starts with decorating the Christmas tree. Who can get to the top of the tree without a ladder and a chair to put the well-deserved crown on the green tree? Even getting the baubles into the top branches is easy for us. Whether it's angels, stars, baubles or fairy lights, we have decorations at every height and depth.
And when Christmas Eve approaches, our height is another advantage. The table is set quicker if you can use your long arms to set the table for the table opposite. And when we eat, we can pass the requested food to our second, third and fourth neighbors at the long table with a charming smile.
Advantages of a bird's eye view
When the presents are handed out, we can strut over mountains of wrapping paper and packaging with our long legs without faltering even once. We watch the Christmas hustle and bustle from our "bird's eye view" with great joy and can once again be happy about the advantages our height gives us at Christmas.
