How to determine your waist size: Lay the pants on a flat surface. Close the button/zipper and pull the waistband straight. Now measure from left to right at the height of the button with a tape measure.

How to determine your length: To determine your own length, it is best to get someone to help you so that you get a more accurate result. Stand straight on the floor without shoes with your legs slightly apart. Then have someone else measure your inside leg length by placing a tape measure on the inside of your leg at the crotch and then pulling it straight down to your ankle. Then compare your measured inside leg length with our length table and you will know what trouser length you need.
